Discovery & Vision Setting
We start with an in-depth conversation about your dreams for the day. I personally meet with every couple or event host to understand not just what you want, but why it matters to you. We discuss your style preferences, venue details, guest count, and budget openly. This isn't about selling you services – it's about understanding your story so we can tell it through design.
Custom Design Development
Based on our conversation, our team creates detailed design concepts specifically for your event. We consider everything from the venue's architecture to the season's natural elements. You'll receive visual mockups, color palettes, and material samples. We present 2-3 distinct approaches, each reflecting different aspects of your vision, so you can see your options clearly before making decisions.
Refinement & Planning
Once you've chosen your preferred direction, we work together to perfect every detail. This is where experience really shows – we anticipate challenges you might not think of and suggest improvements based on what we've learned from hundreds of events. We create detailed timelines, coordinate with your other vendors, and handle all the logistics so you can focus on enjoying your engagement or event planning.
Execution & Celebration
On your special day, our team arrives early to transform your venue exactly as planned. We handle setup, coordinate with other vendors, and manage any last-minute adjustments. Most importantly, we stay throughout your event to ensure everything looks perfect from start to finish. After all the planning, this is when you get to simply enjoy the celebration we've created together.

Technical Planning
We measure every space, test lighting conditions, and create detailed installation plans. Our team visits your venue multiple times to understand traffic flow, power sources, and structural considerations. This groundwork prevents surprises and ensures smooth setup on your event day.
Material Sourcing
Every element is carefully selected from trusted suppliers we've worked with for years. We source flowers from local growers when possible, choose fabrics that photograph beautifully, and select decorative pieces that complement your venue's existing features rather than competing with them.
Vendor Coordination
We maintain relationships with photographers, caterers, musicians, and venue managers throughout Baku. This network allows us to coordinate timing perfectly – we know when to complete setup so photographers have the best lighting, and when to refresh arrangements during long celebrations.
Day-of Management
While you're getting ready and enjoying your event, our team monitors every decoration element. We refresh flowers as needed, adjust lighting for different parts of your celebration, and handle any unexpected weather changes for outdoor events. You won't need to think about decorations once your event begins.
